Woodward Inc. in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an Operations Technician I - Machining for its 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am starts). The role focuses on following SOPs to produce parts, logging process variables, and performing quality checks while maintaining 5S and a safety-minded approach.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and basic computer skills to support efficient production, with opportunities for development through training and benefits.

Formación

• Understands and follows SOPs.
• Identifies gaps to standard and resolves/escalates.
• Basic mechanical understanding and safe use of hand tools.
• Communicates with team to support workflow and follow Woodward values.
• Manages time to meet schedules and follows 5S lean practices.

Responsabilidades

• Follows documented procedures to produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and logs key process variables to ensure consistency and quality.
• Performs inspections and tests to verify accuracy and function; maintains data per standards.
• Keeps workstations clean, organized, and properly stored per guidelines.
• Adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to promote a safe environment.
