You will work with basic machinery, perform hand-tool operations, and follow PPE and safety procedures. The position offers an hourly wage of $15 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of machinery and comfort using hand tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
• Strict adherence to PPE requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup, operation, and teardown of milling, turning, drilling, and tapping machines.
• Deburr, clean, file, and inspect finished parts using hand tools and measuring equipment like calipers.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts, including handling heavy items safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including sweeping, taking out trash, and restocking consumables.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines and assist in lawn maintenance.
• Assist with inventory counts, part tagging, and moving materials between workstations.
