You will oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of Machining Centers and new manufacturing processes, with a focus on CNC machining and automation. The role requires hands-on experience, process improvement, and collaboration with suppliers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality fabrication.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing engineering in an industrial setting.
• Experience implementing automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to apply lean manufacturing tools and 5S methodologies.
• Familiarity with machining centers, tooling, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machining programs using G-Code and Siemens controls.
• Create work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans, and tooling lists.
• Lead lean projects and 5S improvements to optimize fabrication lines.
• Collaborate with internal/external suppliers on project execution and tooling.
