Qualifications

• Basic math for measurements and calculations is required.
• Experience with stamping presses, welding, or machining is a plus.
• Knowledge of materials handling and assembly processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery following Standard Operating Procedures in a safe, efficient manner.
• Assist in machine setup and routine maintenance under supervision.
• Handle materials for production, including feeding machines and moving carts or pallets.
• Keep work areas and machines clean and organized; follow safety protocols.
• Learn from experienced operators and participate in training sessions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality.
