Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field; 8+ years related experience.
• Lean manufacturing principles experience preferred.
• Demonstrated project ownership and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal testing phase of M3 machinery according to testing procedures.
• Produce accurate reports by collecting data from standard sources and inputting them into standard formats; identify root causes.
• Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with Engineering for validation into standards.
