Job summary

Aviso, LLC is seeking a Machine Operator Trainee / Operator Assistant in Fremont, CA. This on-site role offers hands-on training, supporting machine operators with material prep and staging, and advancing to a skilled operator.

Responsibilities include loading materials, setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments while ensuring quality and safety in an ISO environment. Must be reliable and willing to work early shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly (mechanical/electromechanical), or general labor is highly preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with basic measurement skills and ability to read work instructions.
• Highly motivated, proactive and driven to learn the machinery trade and advance your career.

Responsibilities

• Material Prep & staging: break down incoming pallets and unstrap shipments; label and stage raw stock for access.
• Operator & machinery support: assist with loading raw materials, setup, and basic machine adjustments; learn laminating, chopping, punch press.
• Quality, packaging & maintenance: perform packaging to meet production goals; conduct in-process inspections; maintain a clean, safe environment (ISO).
