Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Operator to join the Building Envelope - OX team in Jacksonville, FL. You will set up, operate, and maintain production machinery, read work orders, adjust settings, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications are a plus.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred; 2+ years operating machinery in production.
• Ability to read work orders and interpret measurements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make minor repairs to equipment.
• Read and interpret production work orders for size/print of finished material.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and record production data.
