White Cap Management LLC is seeking a production machine operator to maintain and operate conventional, special purpose, and CNC machines, including grinders, drills, and presses.

The role requires maintaining a clean, safe work area, packing and loading materials, verifying finished parts against specifications, and completing production tickets. It involves observing machines for malfunctions and addressing issues under supervision.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math including measurements.

Mansioni

• Operates assigned machines, including resistance welding, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Maintains clean and safe work area.
• Packs finished materials into dunnage and loads/unloads as needed.
• Checks that the finished workpiece conforms to specifications.
• Completes documentation correctly for process monitors and production tickets.
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions and may fix issues during the shift.
