Job summary

Clover Machinery Movers, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machinery Mover / Rigger to join our team in Mishawaka. You will rig, move, load, unload, and set industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.

The role requires hands-on rigging experience, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work as part of a small, dependable crew with varied job sites. CDL is a plus; competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with machinery moving and rigging preferred.
• Knowledge of safe rigging practices.
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery.
• Physically capable of demanding work.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• CDL-A is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rig, move, load, unload, and set industrial machinery and equipment.
• Operate rigging equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with machinery installation, positioning, and leveling.
• Safely use chains, slings, shackles, come-alongs, jacks, skates, and other rigging gear.
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs at customer locations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded individual who has hands‑on experience with rigging and machinery moving and takes pride in doing the job right.

• Rig, move, load, unload, and set industrial machinery and equipment
