Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment. You will support safety and preventive maintenance programs and work across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role requires strong diagnostic skills, use of hand tools and multimeters, and the ability to read electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical degree preferred
• 3+ years experience required or substitution per resume
• Read and interpret safety/maintenance manuals and electrical schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintain production machines and plant facilities
• Develop work instructions for PM system
• Use hand tools, multimeters, and test equipment
• Diagnose problems and perform repairs
• Install new production equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Patch or repair building surfaces as needed
• Occasionally travel using personal vehicle for work assignments
