Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to install, repair, and maintain machinery at the Leavenworth production facility. The role requires reading blueprints, wiring, and PLC schematics, plus troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of related experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a climate-controlled environment. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with mechanical/electrical aptitude.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience demonstrating mechanical and electrical ability.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work with boilers, chillers, and air compressors.
• Experience with welding (arc, gas) and installing industrial electrical systems.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in teams under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery per blueprints, manuals, and codes.
• Install, assemble, level, and connect equipment and utilities.
• Dismantle and reassemble machinery and modify for improved capacity or safety.
• Instruct operators on operation of new or modified equipment.
• Move between work areas as needed and follow safety procedures.
• Transport and handle hazardous waste per regulations.
