Job summary

Eberl Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a Machine Assistant to support the Shear Operator and Press Break Operator in setup, production and quality checks. You will help organize materials and inventory and read basic blueprints. Some manufacturing experience and computer skills are helpful for this role.

The position is full-time in downtown Buffalo, NY with a competitive benefits package and a team-oriented, low-hierarchy environment.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience preferred.
• Some college preferred.
• Familiar with blueprints.
• Computer with math skills helpful.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shear Operator and Press Break Operator in set-up, production and checking final product.
• Help keep all materials and inventory organized.
