Travel to Mitchell, SD for one week each month is provided, along with paid travel, lodging, and meals. Earn while you learn, with a structured 2–3 year plan and opportunities for growth within our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Applicants must demonstrate a strong work ethic and desire to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment.
• Able to work full-time.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment.
• Learn to work with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag technology.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Receive mentorship from experienced technicians.
• Complete hands-on learning that applies to your education.
