Job summary

C & B Operations is offering a Full-Time apprenticeship track that blends hands-on shop work with in-class instruction. You will travel monthly to Mitchell, SD for training, then apply skills back in the shop, progressively building expertise over 2–3 years.

Earn while you learn with paid travel, lodging, and meals, and access employer-provided tools after program completion. This role emphasizes diagnostics, maintenance, and practical tech skills among seasoned mentors.

• Ability to work full-time
• Valid driver’s license

C & B Operations: We have 38 John Deere dealership location across 6 states and want to transform regular people into certified John Deere experts!

How It Works

Work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians.

Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for 1 week each month for in-class instruction and hands-on learning. (Travel, Food, Lodging, and Class is all paid for)

Return to the shop and apply what you learned.

Repeat for 2-3 years (2 years with prior mechanic experience, 3 years with none).

NEED TOOLS?

-- We have a $3,000 and $7,500 package for you to choose from. Work for us for 3 years and the tools are yours.

Earn money while earning your John Deere Apprenticeship Certification WHILE getting work experience.
