Job summary

C & B Operations, LLC is offering a full-time apprenticeship program to become a certified John Deere technician. You will work in our shop full-time and travel monthly for hands-on instruction and in-class learning, with all travel, lodging, and meals paid for.

You will earn money while earning the John Deere Apprenticeship Certification and gain real work experience in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of John Deere agricultural equipment, working with diesel engines, hydraulics,

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment.

• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment.
• Work with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag technology.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Learn professional shop procedures and safety practices.
• Work alongside experienced technicians who mentor and train.
