Job summary

Pieper Automation is seeking an Engineer, Automation – Machine Vision Specialist to design, program, implement, and commission machine vision inspection systems that improve quality and throughput. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Typically up to two years of experience in industrial automation and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, programming, implementation, and commissioning of machine vision inspection systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, controls engineers, and production teams to ensure integration.
• Follow internal processes and safety training, and assist with documentation and proposals.
• Lead programming efforts for vision systems and PLC interfaces as assigned.
• Provide technical support for programming, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
