Phillips Corporation is seeking a Haas Service Specialist to join our on-site field team. You will perform elite CHAMP maintenance, troubleshoot complex Haas equipment, and work directly with factory support to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.

This role requires a strong mechanical/electrical background, willingness to travel up to 80% to client sites, and excellent communication to ensure top-tier service to customers across the region.

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills are required.
• Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certification is a plus.
• CNC or machine tool knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $45,000 and $65,000 annually plus bonus opportunities. • Mechanical and electrical skills

• A mechatronics, machining or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but NOT required

• CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus

• Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics is helpful

• Ability to travel up to 80% of the month between Monday and Friday to customer sites around the region

• Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.

• Ability to keep track of expenses and manage paperwork relating to maintenance completed.
