Machine Tool Electrician - Novi, MI
Day Shift - 5:30 am start

JOB DESCRIPTION
Individual is experienced performing the Electrician activities listed below on their own with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.

Electrician Activities

1. Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
2. Wire panels
3. Install communication blocks
4. Wire Ethernet
5. Wire auxiliary power
6. Wire robots
7. Wire safety circuits
8. Wire 480V
9. Tie in Tools/ Final dress of tools to controls
10. Install temporary power
11. Bend and install conduit
12. Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
13. Verify tags, tag units and cords
14. Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
15. Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
16. Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
