Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Machine Technician to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. You will inspect parts to specifications, adjust tooling, and ensure production runs at a constant rate with quality across shifts.

Key responsibilities include training operators, conducting in-process inspections, and maintaining 6-S standards in a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience considered in lieu of education.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred with relevant manufacturing exposure.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment is required.
• Thermoforming or injection molding machine operator experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine inefficiencies.
• Support and train operators on various machines.
• Operate machines to maintain production rate and quality with minimal waste.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet visual acceptance standards.
• Produce parts according to production schedules and setup sheets.
• Identify tooling needs and verify equipment startup procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow 6-S standards.
• Communicate with team to meet KPI targets for safety, quality, and throughput.
