Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a skilled Machine Technician to set up, operate, monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment. You will inspect parts, adjust tooling, and perform preventive maintenance to sustain production quality and rate across shifts.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting machine inefficiencies, training operators, conducting in-process inspections, and documenting production and material usage. A strong focus on safety and KPI achievement is required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; additional associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing and process control equipment is required.
• Thermoforming, injection mold, or related machine operator experience is required.
• Powered Industrial Truck certifications (forklift, reach truck, cherry picker) are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspect parts to specifications and adjust tooling to maintain quality.
• Train and support operators to run machines efficiently and safely.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure products meet visual and dimensional standards.
• Maintain accurate production and material usage records and ensure KPI targets are met.
