Qualifications

• Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, or related field.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and CMMS.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and nights on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CMMS.
• Previous experience working in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
• Basic welding or fabrication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using appropriate tools and techniques, and execute timely repairs.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions that impact manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational transparency and compliance.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies to promote a safe and efficient work environment during 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The MACHINE TECHNICIAN LEV I -will be responsible for plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment during non-daytime hours. This position focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a variety of machines to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency. The MACHINE TECHNICIAN LEV I will collaborate closely with production teams to quickly address mechanical issues and support continuous manufacturing processes. Safety awareness is critical to ensure compliance with workplace regulations and to maintain a hazard-free environment during all shifts.

What you’ll do as a MACHINE TECHNICIAN LEV I:
