Job Title:

Machine Technician Lead

Role Overview:

The Machine Technician Lead provides direction and support to the Machine Operators/Technicians team. Ensures compliance with SOPs and policies related to Safety, Quality, GMP, and CPS.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Champion a safety culture, ensuring a safe work environment and promoting safe behaviors.
2. Monitor environment conditions affecting safety and security; take corrective actions.
3. Communicate specifications, blueprints, job orders, and policies effectively.
4. Prepare and conduct training for new employees on safety, maintenance, machine operation, and quality assurance.
5. Provide performance feedback and document employee performance.
6. Ensure employees have necessary tools, supplies, and workspace.
7. Operate blow mold machines and related equipment.
8. Analyze charts, work orders, and schedules to meet production requirements.
9. Conduct audits, quality checks, and troubleshooting; perform minor repairs.
10. Prepare daily production reports including rejects, regrinds, and efficiencies.
11. Other duties as assigned by plant management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Over 3 years' experience as a Machine Operator/Technician.
• Over 3 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Altium certified Machine Technician II.
• High School diploma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent.
