Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in the United States is seeking an entry-level Machine Technician to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, contributing to safety, quality and productivity. You will work on the cell, perform set ups, troubleshoot equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, technical certification preferred, and 1–2 years in maintenance or a technical field.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and OMS.
• Proficient in the use of common inspection and test equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain at least one machine; perform set up and offsets.
• Troubleshoot equipment and sensors; support preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to improve processes, productivity and quality.
