Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Technician with hands‑on automated machinery experience to join our Lithia Springs, GA plant. This position supports our 1st shift. Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Additionally, you will be eligible for up to an additional $1.00/hour increase after 90 days. This role requires an individual who can actively support daily production activities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and minimizing equipment downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production processes and machinery, with the ability to manage production schedules to ensure accuracy and optimize overall performance. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, including robotic systems, while ensuring consistent product quality and efficient workflow.
