Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Wisconsin is seeking a Machine Shop Technician / Precision Components Operator to produce high-tolerance parts. You will operate and maintain shop equipment, read drawings, and assemble components to tight specifications.

You will use calipers and micrometers to verify part accuracy, troubleshoot equipment, and support quality and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and tolerances across production.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machine shop equipment to produce precision components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
