MetalTek Wisconsin Centrifugal Division in Waukesha is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee third-shift production. You will lead staffing, safety, training, and performance management while driving continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient math and computer skills.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of various CNC and manual machines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain employee safety, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to advance production in the Machine Shop on 3rd shift to attain Department goals.
• Collaborate with other departments including Production Control, Engineering, and QA to ensure production flow.
