Job summary

MetalTek Wisconsin Centrifugal Division in Waukesha is seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee third-shift production. You will lead staffing, safety, training, and performance management while driving continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Collaboration with Production Control, Engineering, and QA ensures smooth production flow and goal attainment. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, CNC/machine tool knowledge, and strong math and computer skills to optimize
