Where You Will Work

Our newly built 200,000 sq ft facility in Chandler, Arizona, exemplifies our leadership in precision manufacturing. We invest in real-time decision-making through connected data networks to improve processes and productivity. Our facility features state-of-the-art CNC machines, Hermle RS2 Robot Cells with 6-axis Kuka Robots, Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers, and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs, all equipped with advanced automation technologies, Swiss fixturing, and Robotics from Erowa.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise 1st Shift team members and oversee overall activity.
• Ensure manufacturing processes, resources, Inspection Plans, and all stages of product realization stay on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System within the department, including relevant training.
• Drive company goals and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production departments to ensure proper workflow according to schedules.
• Ensure necessary materials are in stock for all projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the manufacturing floor.
