Associate Supervisor, Customer Service - 1st Shift (Remote)

- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals in assigned territories

- Lead investigations related to accounts receivable and assist in collection processes
- Monitor employee performance and development, ensuring proper training and staffing levels

What is Required (Qualifications):
