What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Lead investigations related to accounts receivable and assist in collection processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Ability to work flexible hours to support business needs
- Experience in managing non-exempt team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing performance appraisals and employee development
