Job summary

Join the Selux team as a Full-Time Machine Shop Operator in Town of Highland, NY. You will operate various production equipment to help build high-end architectural lighting products. The role requires machine shop experience and offers excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.

The starting pay is between $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Qualifications

• Prefer machine shop experience and familiarity with manufacturing and power tools.
• Automotive, construction and other manufacturing relevant experience welcome.
• Metal fabrication experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment including drilling, tapping, and cutting machines.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6am - 4:30 pm

Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production equipment including sheet metal punching and forming machines, drilling, tapping, cutting, bending and sanding equipment.
• Operate saws, milling machines and other machinery to cut and prepare metal parts according to specifications.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
• Follow all company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
