Job summary

BENOIT PREMIUM THREADING LLC is seeking a hands-on Supervisor-Machine Shop in Ennis, TX. The role directs Pre-Process and Thread Shop operations, ensuring efficient use of manpower and equipment while meeting customer deadlines.

You will hire and develop staff, coordinate production schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards. Strong CNC, reading drawings, and leadership skills are essential for ongoing improvement and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Associate/Technical degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years machining and supervisory or leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate work and improve processes.
• Experience with CNC equipment and shop operations.
• Read and interpret prints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Pre-Process and Thread Shop operations.
• Hire, discipline, and evaluate staff with Operations Manager.
• Maintain production flow and shift production schedules.
• Oversee inventory and consumables planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy adherence.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Train shop floor employees and serve as master trainer.
• Verify documentation for New Work orders.
