Responsibilities

• Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements.
• General cleaning in the machine department.
• Prep and or set up necessary materials needed for machine.
• Achieve quality and production goals.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position: General Laborer (Machine Shop)

Schedule: Night Shift (Monday- Friday 4p-3:45a)

Summary of Position

A General Laborer provides hands-on support across the machine shop, assisting machinists. The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high-precision environment.

Essential Functions

Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.

• Assist, as required, in the movement of materials or equipment within facility
• Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material
• Handle, gather, and transport materials and equipment
• Use power tools and machinery as needed
• Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements
• General cleaning in the machine department
