Job summary

Visioneering, Inc. in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a General Laborer to support the fab shop, assisting Welders and Fitters, focusing on shop organization, material movement, and production flow in a high-precision environment.

The position is a Day Shift (Mon-Fri 6a-4:45p) plus Sat 6a-12p. We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, safety focus, and willingness to learn; competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, precision manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement of materials or equipment within facility.
• Grind and deburr weldments.
• Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material.
• Use power tools and machinery as needed.
• Assist Fitters with set up.
• Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Position: General Laborer (Fab Shop)

Schedule: Day Shift (Monday- Friday 6a-4:45p + Saturday 6a-12p)

Summary of Position

A General Laborer provides hands‑on support across the fab shop, assisting Welders and Fitters. The role focuses on shop organization, material movement, basic preparation, and supporting production flow in a high precision environment.

Essential Functions

Daily roles include collaborating in a team-oriented environment with cross functional workers.

• Assist in the movement of materials or equipment within facility.
• Grind and deburr weldments.
• Clean up work areas from hazardous or obsolete material.
• Use power tools and machinery as needed.
• Assist Fitters with set up.
• Follow and maintain all safety protocols and housekeeping requirements
• Achieve quality and production goals

• Other duties as assigned
