Inergroup is hiring immediately for a Machine Setup Operator in Cincinnati, OH. You will prepare machines for operation, perform light maintenance, and oversee assembly of material into finished products on a fast-paced production floor.

This role offers weekly pay starting at $19 per hour and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have prior experience operating in high-speed environments and be able to read work orders and tape measures accurately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machines in a high-speed production environment.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience working with micrometers.
• Ability to read work orders and complete assembly sequences.
• Ability to read a tape measurer accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and move around the production floor.
• Willing to work with grease and hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
