Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Machine Operator in Blue Ash, Ohio to operate, monitor and maintain manufacturing equipment. You will follow production schedules and procedures to ensure quality, safety and efficiency on the line.

Your responsibilities include inspecting products, replenishing materials, and recording production data. The role requires reading work instructions and demonstrating mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
  • Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
  • Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 4:30p-3a Monday – Friday
