Monoflex, a leading manufacturer of flexible drop pipe and water system products, is seeking a Machine Setup Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and monitor lathes, slotting machines, and related equipment to produce parts that meet customer specifications.

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30-3 pm

As a Machine Setup Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment while ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency.
The Machine Setup Operator is responsible for setting up and operating lathes, slotting machines, and related manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts that meet customer specifications. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
