PIVOT POINT INC. in Hustisford, WI is seeking a qualified 1st Shift Secondaries Department Machine Set-Up Operator with Assembly to join our production team. The role requires hands-on machine setup and manual assembly of metal fasteners, reading blueprints, and maintaining safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of machine setup and assembly experience in manufacturing, with strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of machine setup and assembly experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with metal parts preferred.
• Able to learn to set up pneumatic and hydraulic presses and hand-assemble metal fastener parts.
• Read blueprints and QC sheets for product specs (dimensions/tolerances).
• Strong hand-eye coordination; able to perform repetitive motions safely.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and have reliable work history.

Responsibilities

• Set up various pneumatic and hydraulic presses and assemble metal parts as per blueprints.
• Manually and mechanically assemble pins, lanyards, rings, or other metal parts.
• Operate machines safely and maintain expected production rates.
• Read blueprints and QC sheets for product specs and tolerances.
• Work well in teams or independently and keep a clean safety-focused area.
