Pivot Point, Inc. in Hustisford, WI is seeking a Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 2:20pm-12:50am). The role involves learning to set up, troubleshoot, and operate proprietary automated machinery used in metal fastener manufacture.

Training on 1st shift for 4am-2:30pm during initial period, then possible split shift during adjustment. Candidates must have experience in manufacturing machining, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read blueprints

Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, highly preferred working with Metal.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• 3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to use close tolerance measuring tools.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices.
• Solid work history and attendance record with proven reliability.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Responsibilities

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded metal fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator* position.

This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.

*Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday--Thursday 2:20pm-12:50am)

Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2:30pm) initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period) for this position.

The machines being used are very specific to our internal operations, so we are looking for _*experienced candidates*_with strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, first and foremost.

Requirements

• *Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_**_working with Metal_*
• **Strong mechanical aptitude**
• **Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**
• **3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines**
