PIVOT POINT INC. is seeking a qualified Automated Machine Set-up Operator in Hustisford, WI. The role involves learning to set up, troubleshoot, and operate our proprietary automated machinery on a 2nd shift (Mon--Thu, 2:20pm-12:50am), with first shift training (4am-2:30pm) during the adjustment period.

Wage starts at $27.00 per hour and offers growth potential. Requirements include 3+ years of experience operating and setting up machines, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints

PIVOT POINT INC. a manufacturer of non-threaded metal fasteners located in Hustisford, WI is seeking qualified candidates to fill a *Full Time Automated Machine Set-up Operator position.

This person would learn to set up, troubleshoot, and operate some of our impressive, proprietary automated machinery.

• Full Time 2nd Shift (Monday--Thursday 2:20pm-12:50am)

Training for the first 2-3+ months would be on 1st shift Mon-Thurs (4am-2:30pm) initially, then possibly split shift during adjustment period for this position.

Wage starting at $27+/hour with future wage growth potential.

Requirements

• *Experience in Manufacturing Machining required, _highly preferred experienced_**_working with Metal_*
• **Strong mechanical aptitude**
• **Ability to do machine set-ups and troubleshoot mechanical problems**
• **3+ years of experience both operating AND setting up machines**
• *Ability to work independently*
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to use close tolerance measuring tools
• Ability to perform repetitive motion standing or sitting in one place for extended periods of time
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, Q.C. sheets and measuring devices
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of what is needed to produce quality parts
