Job summary

Technical Staffing Resources in Wilmington, DE seeks a Technical Advisor – Certified Machine Safety Team Member for a contract role from September 2026 through February 2027, with hybrid work and travel to client sites. The candidate will lead risk assessments and develop SRP/CS specs, verifications, and validation plans within budget and schedule.

Preferred CMSE and FSE by TÜV, PE license, and 10+ years in EPC or related industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years in EPC or related industries.
• PE license preferred.
• CMSE/FSE certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites and lead multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to a multi-disciplinary team and set vision/values.
• Develop strategies for risk management projects under ISO 12100 and ANSI B11.0.
• Engage key clients and expand consulting services worldwide.
• Provide consultation to Engineering Leadership Team and clients.
• Train and mentor engineers in machine safety and risk assessments.
• Grow company’s consulting services worldwide and serve as SME.
• Possible dual role within Mechanical or Control Systems departments.
