Kelly Services in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Polisher (Machine Operator) for the 1st shift to apply high-end finishes to raw metal faucets and fixtures before coating. The pay rate is $18.50/hour and the schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, in Santa Ana, CA 92705.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least 1 year of production experience, and willingness to wear PPE. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of production or manufacturing experience.
• High-end metal polishing experience highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Must be willing to wear required PPE, including dust masks, safety glasses, and steel-toe footwear.

Responsibilities

• Operate large polishing lathes, buffing machines, and sandblasting equipment.
• Grind, smooth, and polish metal surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Use hand tools such as chisels and scrapers when necessary.
• Inspect components under bright lighting for flaws, imperfections, and cracks.
• Maintain production quality standards and a safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
