Aluminum Precision Products (APP) is seeking a DIESHOP HELPER in Santa Ana, CA to polish dies, cast prep, and operate shop machinery. You will be trained to handle tooling maintenance, inspection, and die preparation for production runs.

We offer an ESOP and comprehensive benefits; compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. A drug-free workplace and ITAR compliance are required, with potential overtime to meet deadlines.

Formación

• Work safe and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
• Evaluate tooling for damage and wear.
• Must be able to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
• Return used tooling from presses to die shop for evaluation.
• Examine and inspect tooling to recognize a potential problem.
• Evaluate and polish dies, preparing them for next production run.
• Understand die storage system.

Responsabilidades

• Polish dies and prepare them for production run.
• Take casts and turn stock as needed.
• Operate all required machinery in the die shop.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization in the Die Shop.
• Ensure tooling quality meets specifications.
