Express Employment Professionals – Akron is seeking Machine Operators for full-time roles across ALL shifts in Rootstown, Kent, Barberton, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, Ohio. You will operate molding presses, monitor process parameters, and inspect products to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects.

• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Load materials into molding presses.
• Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product quality.
• Visually inspect finished products for defects and report issues.
• Safely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the Role:

Express Employment Professionals of Akron is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators for a full-time positions on ALL shifts in Rootstown, Kent, Barberton, Akron, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow, Ohio. These roles involve operating specialized machinery to manufacture products to precise shapes and quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands‑on environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Starting Pay: $16.00-19.00/hour Schedule: ALL shifts available- 8-10 and 12 hour schedules available!

Key Responsibilities:

• Load materials into molding presses
