Job summary

Irving Sawmills in Dixfield, ME is seeking a safety-minded, energetic general laborer to join our production team in a high-tech sawmill environment. You will stack and package lumber and operate machinery while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

This role requires shift work, teamwork, and a commitment to safety around heavy equipment. We offer starting pay of $20.00 per hour with potential to reach $29.90/hr, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and strong benefits including retirement, insurance and

• No more than 2 years of experience preferred in production or sawmill settings.
• Willingness to work shifts and operate heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• General labor work within the sawmill, including stacking and packaging lumber, and operations of machinery in a clean, high-tech environment
