Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking dedicated Machine Operators and Assistants to join a dynamic team in the Oshkosh, WI area. You will be an integral part of the Manufacturing / Production Operations department supporting production teams. Training is provided and all shifts are available.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with no rotating schedule. Pay starts at $20.00 per hour, based on experience, and the role requires a high school diploma or GED, plus reliability and basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure smooth production flow.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from production equipment efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met consistently.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns promptly.
