Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better — but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.

• $20/hr to start
• + $1.00/hr shift premium for 2nd shift, with potential raises thorough out first year, plus year end production bonus
