RS Recruiting Solutions is actively hiring experienced Machine and Forklift Operators for multiple manufacturing clients in the Spartanburg area. We seek dependable candidates for long-term opportunities with competitive pay, overtime availability, and benefits upon permanent hire.

Applicants should have at least 18 months of stable work history, be able to read a tape measure, and be willing to operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts as needed.

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, and package products per quality and production standards.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines; perform quality checks and document results.
• Monitor equipment and processes; identify issues or abnormalities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet production goals, deadlines, and quality requirements.
• Complete production records and logs accurately.
