CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Forklift Drivers for a client in the Cowpens, SC area. Roles are temp to hire with very flexible days and part-time options. Sign-on bonus available for specific shifts. Must be comfortable working up to heights and in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities include safe operation of forklifts, accurate use of handheld scanners, and loading/unloading trailers. Prior warehouse experience and certification are preferred; 7S cleanliness and safety policies apply.

• 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed.

Job Description

Location: Cowpens, South Carolina

CoWorx Staffing Services is looking for Forklift Drivers comfortable with working from heights for a client located in the Cowpens, SC area! All shifts are available!
Flexible Days and Part Time shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials up to 50lbs repeatedly
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• MUST NOT BE SCARED OF HEIGHTS. HEIGHTS UP TO 60 FEET REQUIRED

Desired Background/Skills

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
