Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator for a plastic injection molding operation in Fraser, MI. The role requires operating injection molding machines on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, with 1st and 2nd/3rd shifts available and a rotating pattern.

The position offers pay of $16.00/hr plus a $0.50 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and full-time hours. Responsibilities include monitoring machines, inspecting parts, trimming and packing finished goods, performing basic machine

Machine Operator – Plastic Injection Molding- 12 Hour Shifts

Location: Fraser / Clinton Township, MI area

Pay: $16.00/hr + $0.50 shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift

Shift: 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
2nd shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts- ROTATING SCHEDULE

Qualified Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established plastic injection molding manufacturer with over 50 years of experience. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines.
• Inspect parts for quality and defects.
• Trim, assemble, and package finished products.

• Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
