Job summary

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators in Laconia, NH for full-time, temp-to-hire positions with a leading manufacturing company. Shifts include 1st and 2nd with pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities and weekly pay.

You will operate equipment, load materials, perform quality inspections, and produce parts that meet standards while completing production reports and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Benefits are available for associates.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Load raw materials and monitor production processes
• Perform quality inspections using visual and magnified inspection methods
• Produce parts that meet quality and production standards
• Complete production reports and enter data accurately
• Identify and separate scrap from acceptable parts
• Perform basic machine checks and report equipment concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support multiple machines or workstations as needed

Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for temp-to-hire positions with a leading manufacturing company in Laconia, NH. Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• $19.00/hour

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• $20.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
• Load raw materials and monitor production processes
• Perform quality inspections using visual and magnified inspection methods
• Produce parts that meet quality and production standards
• Complete production reports and enter data accurately

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour
